Guest House in Balchik - Casa De Artes

The house is located in the "Ovcharovski plaj" area close to the scenic road Balchik - Albena. It has been set up as a small art hotel and has all comforts available and its own unique style. It is built entirely of ecological materials: old brick, wood and stone, and the house is particular for its cozy and exceptionally luxurious interior there is an immediate view towards the Black Sea from its enormous 75 m2 veranda.
The Casa De Artes has four separate rooms and two suites with an optimum capacity of 16-18 beds, an enormous American living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, atrium and barbeque. The hotel offers family comfort and artistic surroundings. The rustic atmosphere is completed by the bedrooms furnished in the Bavarian style and by the many original works of art. The immediate closeness of the hotel to the resort complex of Albena and the Palace in Balchik provide an opportunity for a perfect summer holiday combined with cultural tourism for every season.
The 660 m2 yard has a swimming pool, BBQ and a parking for 6 cars.
The house has its own fully equipped Rock Club with instruments, great sound system and a bar proper for 15 people.
There are two fireplaces in the house with a heating system for the whole house.
