Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions of "Blue View Estate" listed in this document.

I. Subject
1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between the company (hereinafter referred to as "Blue management Group"), UIC* 206639423, city Balchik, "Balik" dstr. 6-B-30 and the VISITORS of the website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

(2) By using the Site, the VISITORS agree to accept these Terms of Use and any subsequent changes thereto and agree to comply with and follow them.

III. General provisions
3. In order to use the Services offered on the Site, Visitors declare that they are 18 years of age or older and are capable of entering into a contract under the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

4. The Site provides information, in the form of electronic records, on the object of activity, services and prices of "Blue Management Group", as well as access to published offers, publications and news.

IV. Intellectual Property
5. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of "Blue Management Group" and are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. The intellectual property objects of "Blue Management Group" may not be used, in any way, without the prior written consent of "Blue Management Group".
(2) The images and visual elements used on the "Blue Management Group" Site are the intellectual property of "Blue Management Group" and may not be copied, used or modified in any way by any third party without the express written consent of "Blue Management Group".
(3) Any unauthorized use of the offers and publications on the Site, without the express written permission of "Blue Management Group", constitutes an offence for which the offender shall bear civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with applicable Bulgarian legislation.

6. (1) When publishing other people's content, "Blue Management Group" shall explicitly indicate to whom the relevant intellectual property belongs.
(2) When claiming copyright over content, the applicant shall notify [name of company] in writing, specifying the subject matter of the copyright and providing documents of ownership of the subject matter.

V. Protection of personal data
7. (1) In performing the Services, "Blue Management Group" handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
(2) "Blue Management Group" shall take measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
(3) "Blue Management Group" does not provide identifying information to third parties or organizations and does not require registration for Visitors to use the Site.

VI. Changes to the Site Terms of Use
8. (1) These Terms of Use may be amended by "Blue Management Group" at any time. "Blue Management Group" shall promptly post on the Site and notify Users of the amended Terms of Use indicating the changes made.
(2) All revisions to the Terms of Use shall be effective upon posting on the Site.

VII. Liability Limitation
9. (1) "Blue Management Group" makes no warranty that the guidelines in the materials published on the Site will produce the results desired by Visitors.
(2) "Blue Management Group" shall not be liable for any damages or loss of profits to Visitors caused by materials contained on the Site.
(3) "Blue Management Group" is not liable for damages caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of the use of the Site and the materials contained therein.

VIII. Additional provisions
10. Visitors to the Site are obliged to observe ethical norms, avoiding vulgarity, discrimination or any act that discredits the prestige of "Blue Management Group", as well as not to violate the reputation of "Blue Management Group" when using the Site and the materials contained therein.

11. The provisions of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to any matters not covered by the Terms of Use relating to the performance and interpretation of this Contract.

12. These Terms of Use apply to all Visitors to the Site as of 10.09.2021
